Launch Giveaway & Refund Terms

These terms apply to The Wilfred Collective launch giveaway and refund promotion.

  1. Promoter. Aeree Holdings Pty Ltd trading as The Wilfred Collective (ABN 47 694 903 001), 13B Alston Ave, Como WA 6152.
  2. Promotion period. From our launch date (the first day our website goes live) until one month after launch.
  3. Eligibility. Open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. To enter the giveaway you must be subscribed to The Wilfred Collective mailing list on or before our launch date. To be eligible for a refund you must place an order during our first month of trading (from our launch date until one month after launch). Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
  4. The rewards.
    • One (1) mailing list subscriber will win one (1) full matching set — harness, lead and collar — valued at $120 (harness $60, lead $30, collar $30).
    • Three (3) orders placed during our first month of trading will be refunded in full, up to $200 AUD per order.
  5. How winners are chosen. All winners are drawn at random. We select winners using a random method, to the best of our ability to randomise fairly, with no bias and no hand-picking of any individual. Every eligible entry has an equal chance. The giveaway winner is drawn from eligible subscribers, and the three refunds are drawn at random from all eligible first-month orders, one month after our launch date.
  6. Notification and claim. Winners will be notified by email within 3 days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 10 days, we may draw again. Refunds are paid to the original payment method.
  7. General. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Our decision is final. We may amend these terms where reasonably necessary. Personal information collected is used only to run this promotion and is not shared with anyone except as needed to run it.
